Pilot terms.

A limited, free pilot

The pilot is for invited adults in the United States to test personal dining lists, group decisions and visit memories. Participation is free. There are no purchases or paid subscriptions in this pilot, and participation creates no automatic paid subscription.

Access, features and supported devices may change. Google-powered discovery is available only to selected pilot accounts during a limited test period and within request allowances. A feature may be unavailable because of an account limit, an ended pilot, missing permissions, connectivity or a provider problem. The app may show a list or placeholder when maps or photos cannot load.

These terms apply to the private pilot only. They do not announce a commercial release, a public launch date or future pricing. Optional AI voice recaps may be enabled for selected accounts within a limited allowance. AI restaurant recommendations, automated receipt reading, gift-card tracking and public discovery lists are not included in this pilot.

Your account and your group

Use your own account, keep sign-in information private and invite people only with their permission. Do not impersonate someone, try to access another account or group's private information, bypass usage limits, disrupt the service or use automated scraping.

Check the selected personal or group workspace before saving. Group content is shared with authorized members. In pass-phone mode, obtain participants' permission to record their names and choices. Leaving a group removes your access but does not itself erase the group's shared memories.

The content you contribute

You keep your rights to your own notes and photos. You give us permission to host, process and display that content as needed to operate the pilot, provide support and share it with the people authorized by the workspace you choose.

Upload only material you have the right to use and share. Do not add unlawful content, another person's private information without permission, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Report a concern to matt@mattzimmerman.io. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, legal requirements or a security problem.

Review AI voice recaps before saving

Voice recaps are optional and limited to two minutes per recording. Create draft sends your recording for cloud processing as described in the privacy policy. Transcription and suggested details can be wrong or incomplete, including names, dates, prices and ratings. Review and correct the result before applying it and saving the visit.

Record your own summary and obtain permission for other people's information. A recording is not automatically submitted when it stops. Availability depends on permissions, connectivity, provider service and the pilot's limits; manual visit entry remains available. Temporary recordings and generated drafts are not a permanent audio archive.

Google Maps and other providers

When you use Google-powered maps, restaurant information or photos, the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service also apply and are incorporated by reference. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Google and other contributors retain their rights in their maps, listings and images. Keep the credits associated with that content. Do not treat a Google default photo as your own upload or use the pilot to bulk copy, redistribute or sell provider content. A default photo is supplied by Google or its contributors; it is not an OffCourse endorsement of the restaurant.

Google Maps and photo-author links let you view the original source. Third-party sites and apps you open, including Google Maps and Apple TestFlight, have their own terms and privacy practices.

Make the final decision yourself

The app helps organize choices. A group result reflects the recorded votes or the organizer's selection; it does not make a booking. Restaurant hours, prices, photos and other details may be incomplete or out of date. Confirm important details directly with the restaurant, including dietary and accessibility needs.

The pilot is provided for testing, with no promise of uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability. Keep another copy of information you cannot afford to lose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Help, account requests and changes

Contact matt@mattzimmerman.io for help, privacy concerns or an account or data-removal request. We may verify ownership before acting. Account and photo cleanup may require assistance, and the pilot does not promise a fixed response or deletion deadline. See the privacy policy for shared records, files and backups.
