Already have an invitation?

Open TestFlight on your iPhone and select Go OffCourse. When a new build is available, choose Update. Your TestFlight Apple Account and your OffCourse app login are separate.

Need a new password?

In OffCourse, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Use the newest reset email on the iPhone where the app is installed, then follow the steps to choose a new password.

If a link has already been used or has expired, request a fresh one. Never send your password or reset link with a support request.

Something feel off?

Describe what you tried, what happened, and what you expected. Include your iPhone model and the build number shown in TestFlight. A screenshot can help, but leave out personal notes, account credentials, and anything private to your group.

Nearby places or photos unavailable?

Discovery depends on your pilot access, phone permissions, connectivity and the service's request allowances. You can enter an area if you do not want to share your location. A missing map or photo does not mean that a restaurant or visit has been deleted.

Check for an app update and include the message you see when asking for help. An ended pilot or used allowance does not automatically renew.

Read the privacy policy and pilot terms. For account deletion or help removing related records and photos, email matt@mattzimmerman.io. We may need to verify account ownership; do not send your password or a reset link.
